4. TIPSTERCLUB reserve the right to refuse the whole, or any part of any picks for any reason. We also reserve the right to close any account without any obligation of justifying the reason for doing so.
5. Where account registration details are found to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, TIPSTERCLUB reserves the right to close the account.
6. Once a transaction has been confirmed by TIPSTERCLUB, changes will not normally be permitted.
7. TIPSTERCLUB does not accept any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which lead to obvious picks errors. In such cases picks will be accepted at the correct final picks before the commencement of the event in question.
8. TIPSTERCLUB reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any such changes will be binding and effective immediately.
9. TIPSTERCLUB bares NO responsibility for any loss or damage of members who make use of provided information for any kind of gambling activity. TIPSTERCLUB.com doesn't encourage betting or any illegal activities.
10. Subscription fee paid to TIPSTERCLUB will not be returned regardsless the result
of the tips. However, credits will be return to members if the tips is
inaccurate(draw/lose).
